Recept za čokoladne pločice s kvinojom je vrlo popularan na Instagramu, svi ih prave s otopljenim čokoladnim komadićima, koji su vrlo kalorični, zato je ova zamjena zlatna i nekalorična.
“Čokoladne” pločice s kvinojom – Recept
Sastojci:
1 šalica kvinoje
4 zrele pjegave banane
2 žlice kakao praha
1 žličica vanilije
1/2 žličice bijelog miso začina
Priprema:
Tostirajte šalicu kvinoje dok ne počne pucati, dok ne postane zlatna i mirisna.
Pomiješajte banane, kakao, vaniliju i miso da napravite svoj čokoladni sos.
Pomiješajte kvinoju i čokoladni sos, malo posolite, stavite u obložen pleh i odložite u frižider najmanje 2 sata.
